1 Many of the free, open-source community plugins offer Pro versions that are paid. Paid service levels are at the client’s expense. JetPack by WordPress.com requires activation with client’s WordPress.com account and has both free and paid service levels. JetPack has dozens of features that we will toggle based on the client’s individual needs.
2 Any WooCommerce.com extension requested by the client and within their plan limit will be included and supported, but if the client wishes to have direct support from the providers they must purchase their own annual licenses and connect / activate them in their store settings.
3 Any third-party marketplace plugin provided by the client and within their plan limit will be reviewed for compatibility and installed at our discretion. These typically require annual licenses with the third-party marketplace to enable support and updates.
4 Rollover hours stop accumulating at 9 months worth of hours.
5 If selecting a custom domain; the domain name must be purchased by the client and client must be able to have us set new name servers. We can migrate any existing DNS records such as client’s third party email hosting provider.
